Consider the tale of two leaders: the powerful and the powerless.
There are leaders and there are powerful leaders. Two different things! The former is there to maintain the status quo, and sometimes as a figurehead, the latter get things done because they have the power to bring change. That’s who we call the Powerholder.
Do you want power? Do you want to lead powerfully?
One of the keys to power is the quality of information you come across, your ability to interact with them on time, and what you do with that information.
Powerful leaders, which we call powerholders, have unique interactions with information. Powerholders are early adopters, non-power holders, (leaders without) power are usually not.
As the world is changing, rules are changing, and the way we do business is changing, we have some information shared in the ALOP book for Powerholders to apply to them early on in their leadership journey.
